This site and app use the external services below for the stated purposes. Reading this site does not start the app’s authentication, notification, or advertising SDKs.

Website delivery
Cloudflare, Inc. / Cloudflare Pages
Applies to this website. IP addresses, browser, device, and request information are processed to deliver pages, protect communications, and prevent unauthorized access. This site has no independently installed analytics or advertising tags.
Account authentication
Google LLC / Firebase Authentication and Sign in with Google
Applies to the app. Account identifiers, provider information such as email addresses and display names, and IP addresses are used for sign-in, account management, and abuse prevention. Firebase Authentication operates in the United States.
Firebase Privacy and Security / Google Privacy Policy
Apple Inc. / Sign in with Apple
Applies to the app. Apple account identifiers and names or email addresses you choose to share are used for authentication. When you use Hide My Email, its relay address is used.
Request storage and notifications
Google LLC / Google Cloud, Cloud Firestore, and Firebase Cloud Messaging
Applies to the app. Family names, phone numbers, roles, membership information, requests and their status, notification tokens, and installation identifiers are used for storage, access control, and notifications to registered devices. Notification tokens identify destination devices.
Apple Inc. / Apple Push Notification service（APNs）
Applies to the app. Device notification information and message contents are used to deliver notifications to iPhones. Depending on device settings, content may appear on the lock screen.

In-app advertising
Google LLC / Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) and User Messaging Platform (UMP)
Applies to the app’s settings screen. IP addresses, device identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, diagnostics, and performance data may be collected and transmitted for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and consent management. Google and other ad delivery or measurement providers may process this information.
Ad requests are configured as non-personalized. Information is still processed for delivery and measurement. Ads appear only after required consent checks and when ad requests are allowed. Ad names, images, and destinations are supplied by advertisers; the operator does not guarantee or endorse them.
Family names, phone numbers, requests, and Firebase user IDs are not configured as ad targeting information. Watching ads is not required to request a family check, view notifications, make calls, or use widgets.
Where advertising choices are available, you can change them in the app’s privacy settings. Ad failures or unavailable consent do not block family-check features.

Email contents and reply details are processed by the providers used to send and receive mail. Support uses Purelymail (Add Rabbit LLC). Email addresses, contents, and technical mail information are processed to receive and reply, deliver mail, and protect communications. Processing may occur outside Japan.
